Overview
To bring you a luxuriously premium coffee in fitting with its name we searched for a single origin bean that would provide a rich silky finish and we found that in Brazil….. The Yellow Bourbon bean is known for its yellow fruit in the mature stage — a distinct departure from the cherry reds of every other coffee variety. The sensory characteristics of Yellow Bourbon are clearly noticeable in the cup — including its sweet flavour, striking aroma and very pronounced citric acidity flavour. Ripe fruits and raisins are other common flavour notes. Brazilian Yellow Bourbon Arabica Coffee is ideal for espresso, cappuccino and latte macchiato. In the cup, it develops a long-lasting, silky smooth crema.
